\u300c\u570b\u5bb6\u66b4\u529b\u8207\u5c60\u6bba\u4e0d\u662f\u56e0\u4eba\u985e\u7684\u9053\u5fb7\u58ae\u843d\u6216\u5351\u9119\uff1b\u4e5f\u4e0d\u662f\u56e0\u6b0a\u529b\u617e\u6216\u4eba\u6027\u7684\u6b98\u9177\u800c\u8d77\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u73fe\u5be6\u906d\u5230\u626d\u66f2\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u300d\u2500\u2500\u97d3\u570b\u756b\u5bb6\u6d2a\u6210\u6f6d\u4ee5\u7d20\u6a38\u6709\u529b\u7684\u6728\u523b\u756b\u4f5c\uff0c\u8207\u8a69\u3001\u5287\u5834\u8868\u6f14\u7b49\u5275\u4f5c\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u7576\u4ee3\u97d3\u570b\u8a18\u93041980\u5e74\u5149\u5dde\u6c11\u773e\u62b5\u6297\u8ecd\u4e8b\u5c60\u6bba\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6587\u4ef6\u3002\u9019\u6b21\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u756b\u5c55\uff0c\u7de3\u8d77\u65bc\u53f0\u5317\u516d\u5f35\u7281\u5e02\u7acb\u5893\u5712\u5167\u4e00\u8352\u50fb\u5c71\u5761\u4e0a\u7684\u9ec3\u69ae\u71e6\u5148\u751f\u7684\u5c0f\u5c0f\u5893\u7891\u3002\u81ea\u4e2d\u570b\u5927\u9678\u4f86\u5230\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u7248\u756b\u5bb6\u9ec3\u69ae\u71e6\uff0c\u4ee5\u5927\u578b\u6728\u523b\u677f\u756b\u300a\u6050\u6016\u7684\u6aa2\u67e5\u300b\u63cf\u7e6a\u4e86228\u4e8b\u4ef6\u6dd2\u6158\u73fe\u5834\u3002\u756b\u5bb6\u65bc1950\u5e74\u4ee3\u767d\u8272\u6050\u6016\u671f\u9593\u88ab\u8655\u6c7a\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u7121\u4e3b\u5b64\u9b42\u3002\u6d2a\u6210\u6f6d\u5728\u9ec3\u69ae\u71e6\u7684\u6728\u523b\u756b\u4f5c\u4e2d\uff0c\u5728\u4ed6\u7684\u7dda\u689d\u8207\u7a7a\u9593\u4e4b\u9593\uff0c\u770b\u5230\u53f0\u7063\u7279\u6709\u7684\u8af7\u523a\u8207\u53cd\u8af7\u3002\u6191\u8457\u300c\u767c\u81ea\u53ea\u6709\u756b\u5bb6\u8207\u756b\u5bb6\u624d\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\uff0c\u8d85\u904e\u6642\u9593\u8207\u5730\u9ede\u800c\u9032\u884c\u6e9d\u901a\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\u7279\u5225\u7684\u9810\u611f\u300d\uff0c\u6d2a\u6210\u6f6d\u4e5f\u5c07\u6b64\u6b21\u5728\u53f0\u5c55\u89bd\u737b\u7d66\u4ed6\u6240\u656c\u91cd\u7684\u524d\u8f29\u3002\u672c\u6b21\u756b\u5c55\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c07\u4f5c\u70ba\u726f\u5dba\u8857\u5c0f\u5287\u5834\u5e74\u5ea6\u88fd\u4f5c\u300a\u5b89\u8482\u5ca1\u59ae\u300b\u7684\u9023\u5e36\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u63d0\u793a\u51fa\u300c\u4ee5\u53e6\u4e00\u7a2e\u771f\u5be6\uff0c\u6478\u7d22\u51fa\u8def\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u4eba\u985e\u7684\u65b0\u7684\u5171\u540c\u9ad4\u793e\u6703\u300d\u7684\u5bec\u95ca\u8996\u91ce\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u201cState violence and massacres are not a result of moral delinquency or dishonorable schemes. Nor do they derive from the desire for power or cruelness in humanity. They take place when truths are distorted.\u201d Through straightforward prints, poetry and theatrical performances, Korean artist Hong Sung-dam delineates how civilians fought against the army during the Gwangju Massacre in 1980, Korea. His works have served as key records of the historical incident in the contemporary times. The artist was inspired to have his latest exhibition in Taiwan when he saw a tiny tombstone of Huang Jung-tsan on a deserted hill in the Taipei Municipal Cemetery in the Liuzhangli area. Also a woodblock print artist, Huang moved to Taiwan from mainland China during the 1940s. He depicted a chilling scene of the 228 Incident in his large-scale woodblock print entitled Horrifying Inspection<\/i>. The artist was later executed during the White Terror in the 1950s, becoming a wandering ghost. In Huang\u2019s woodblock prints and amidst the lines and the printed space, Hong discovers a kind of irony and sarcasm specific to Taiwan. Bearing a \u201cspecial intuition that only artists have, through with they may communicate with each other across time and space,\u201d Hong would like to dedicate the exhibition to this predecessor that he reveres. The exhibition will be held in conjunction with the GLT\u2019s annual program, Antigone<\/i>, to suggest \u201ca broader vision based on alternative truths\u201d while \u201cfinding a way to build a new communion of mankind.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
