1. Smoking is prohibited in this venue.
2. Eating, drinking, spitting, chewing gum, and betel nuts are not allowed in the theatre and dressing room.
3. Please keep the theatre and dressing room clean.
4. Please wear slippers or soft shoes in the theatre. High heels, spike shoes, and shoes with hard heels are not allowed.
5. Do not move facilities within the theatre around without permission. Please go to the office and sign a lease to rent anything outside the theatre. Please also return it after usage.
6. Without permission, the use of fire is prohibited. All dangerous objects are strictly prohibited.
7. Do not use the light and sound equipments without authorization.
8. Please book in advance to use theatre facilities. Please use the facilities at the appointed times only.
9. If objects are to be applied to the floor, please use appropriate floor tapes. Do not drag heavy or sharp objects on the floor.
10. The construction and painting of the set are not allowed to take place within the theatre. Damages caused to the wall and floor will
result in detainment of the rental deposit as well as an additional compensation fine.
11. The installation of electric appliances and power suppliers both inside and outside the theatre needs to be authorized beforehand.
12. Technical meeting must be held with our technicians two weeks before the performance.
13. A full compensation must be paid if any damage is caused to the facilities in the theatre.
14. A list of all staff members working on the site is needed to apply for a public accident insurance (please download the format from
the web).
15. Please keep to the time schedule. The experimental theatre is open from 10:00 to 22:00, a fee of 2,000 NT will be charged for every
hour past 22:30 (rentals of less than an hour will be charged as a full hour).
16. The Guling St. Avant-Garde Theatre will not be liable for the damage and loss of costumes, lights, stage props, and other valuables left
in the theatre. Please keep your belongings safely.
17. Please provide a 「Taipei City 120L Trash Bag」per day while using the theatre.
18. Please clean up and throw away the trash everyday after work. Specified trash bags should be bound and gathered at a designated
place. If public activates with food and drinks were to be held, please make sure that the site is thoroughly cleaned afterwards.
Depending on the condition of the site, a cleaning fee will be collected for cleaning and sterilization. After staff members of the Guling
St. Avant-Garde Theatre has inspected the facility and found no problems, you will receive your deposit refund after three working
days. Should there be any problems in the restoration of the site; the Guling St. Avant-Garde Theatre has the right to deduct 20% of the
depositas a cleaning fee.
If applicants fail to abide by the above regulations and still fail to do so after being warned, the Guling St. Avant-Garde Theatre has the right to annul the lease without returning the payment. The Theatre will deprive the applicant of the right to use the facilities for one year. |

and loss of your belongings.
4. Please take your trash with you as you leave. Make sure that the rehearsal room is clean after you leave and throw the trash separately in the trashcans on the first floor.

The Guling St. Avant-Garde Theatre will duly remind you of the above regulations. If users fail to abide by the regulations and still fail to do so after being warned, the Theatre will require the user to pay a rental deposit and sign Letter of Indemnity upon the next rental. If regulations are still not followed, the Theatre will duly detain the rental deposit. |
