| Beginning from February 1 every year, dates from January 1 to December 31 of the following year are open for rent. |
|
|
 |
| 1. |
Applicants should first call to locate free dates on the schedule. Then send the “Facility Rental Application Form” and “Project Plan” to Guling St. Avant-Garde Theatre (either by mail or by person).
Applications should be delivered two months in advance.
Non-performance related rental should be delivered a week in advance. |
| 2. |
After the approval of the application, applicants must pay the rental deposit 5,000. NT, and half the rent as an advance payment. |

| 3. |
Applicants must provide the following information:
i. A technical rider
ii. A detailed list of work procedures (loading time, setup time, and other details)
iii. Stage design, use of electricity, and list of self-brought equipments
iv. For public performances, all staff IDs and staff lists must be stamped and therefore approved by the Guling St. Avant-Garde Theatre. Please also provide four copies of your poster or brochure for record. In the case that the performance is peculiar and involves safety precautions, please provide safety plan.
v. Applicants must pay the full amount of the rent and the rental deposit a week in advance.
vi. Restore the facility to its original state after usage. After staff members of the Guling St. Avant-Garde Theatre has inspected the facility and found no problems, you will receive your deposit refund.
vii. For the details of the rights and obligations of facility rental, please refer to “Principals to the Management and Use of the Guling St. Avant-Garde Theatre.”

Breach Penalty |
|
The Guling St. Avant-Garde Theatre will confiscate the rental deposit together with the advance payment and collect a breach penalty of 1 to 5 times the rent (taking the situation into consideration ) if applicants fail to cancel or reschedule the application within a month |

Public areas are open for rent for 12,000 per day |

The experimental theatre is open from 10:00–22:00 |
|
The rehearsal room is open for three periods a day, each consisting of four hours (10:00–14:00, 14:00-18:00, and 18:00-22:00) |

Extra expenses will be charged for overtime usage. It costs 2,000 NT per hour to use the experimental theatre after 22:30 and 1,000 NT per hour to use the rehearsal room after 22:00 (rentals of less than an hour will be charged as a full hour). |
|
For overtime usage, please apply three days in advance. For reasons of human resources and safety, we have the right to refuse the application. |
